Dell Modder

Dell was born and raised in Michigan where he lived until he joined the military in 1999. Following nearly a decade of service in the US Army, he attended North Central University in Minneapolis, MN and later completed a B.S. degree in Religion at Liberty University in 2014. His job would eventually lead him to the Middle East with his family in tow. While there, God led Dell to successfully plant a church with a handful of people where he served as Lead Pastor for three and a half years seeing it grow from a few faithful to an active and thriving church. After 9 years there, the Modder family returned home to the States in the Spring of 2019 where Dell began prayerfully considering where God might have his next assignment. Eventually, Dell and his family discovered a church in Long Grove, Illinois that was in search of a new Senior Pastor and in March of 2020, the members of Long Grove Community Church affirmed the call on Dell to become the next Senior Pastor. Dell and his wife, LiAna, have been married since 2001 and are actively raising four boys.
